"Everyday's great at your Junes!"
Naoto winced at the ever-familiar jingle played over the loudspeaker for the umpteenth time, causing a child a few aisles away to squeal in joy. The corners of her lips quirked upward into a soft smile as she found herself thinking momentarily of Nanako's carefree grin as she sang along with the aforementioned song when watching television. It was a sight she'd seen many times in the past few weeks, especially with as much time as she'd spent at Souji's house.
Still, that didn't stop the tune from holding a tenacious grip on her sanity that threatened to send it tittering over the edge.
Blocking the song out as best she could, the detective quickly made her way through the various shelves and advertisements, determined to find what she'd come there for. It was difficult remembering where everything was and with as much time as she'd spent there with the Investigation Squad, Naoto was almost ashamed to think that there was a single section she hadn't committed to memory the location of. Fortunately, it didn't take long for her to find the long and colourful set of shelves that boasted more jigsaw puzzles than Naoto could ever hope to imagine solving within a reasonable amount of time. It wasn't the first time she'd visited the section, but each time the sheer amount managed dazzle here with just how vast it was.
Smiling, the raven made her way toward the middle where the puzzles with higher difficulty sat and began looking through them. It was nearly Friday, and the ever-growing collection of jigsaw puzzles she kept in the spare study in her house was almost completed. After getting permission from her grandfather, the room had been cleared out save for a pair of comfy chairs, a bookself, and a large table. The room held one closet which was full of empty puzzle boxes, while the walls were lined with carefully put together frames that held all the puzzles that she'd ever completed with Chie Satonaka. Several of the larger puzzles had been placed in frames and then set on easels which were laid out in an "artistic" method throughout the room. Their collection had just reached the twenties, and they were in need of more.
"Let's see..." Naoto mused, thinking over all the pictures the two of them had completed together. "Perhaps something brighter this time. We've done many forests and water-based scenes, but we could use something more... lively to bring colour back into the room." [/blockquote]

A familiar sounding groan drifted through the store accompanied by the sound of a young woman complaining very vocally about the service of said store.
The groan in question belonged to Yosuke who was once again dutifully filling his role as the unofficial complaint of Junes. Junes was having a minor rush again and Yosuke had been roped into doing more shifts since they were short on staff at the time, leaving him with little choice but to agree.
"I demand a full refund for this!" The female shopper complained loudly and waving a hair dryer in Yosuke's face, causing quite a few passing customers to stop to have a good look at the scene. "It's defective!"
"I've already told you." Yosuke groaned pinching the ridge of his nose. "I can't give you a refund for this because it's clearly been tampered with. Look, the wire's been cut open." He said pointing to the wire in question. "So the warranty has been voided."
"Well I was trying to fix it!" The woman shouted back. "Can you blame me for that?!"
"Yes, because if it didn't work you should have just returned it for another one." Yosuke replied flatly. "It's pointless arguing with me about this, I can't do anything. If you want to keep trying you'll have to take it up with the manager."
"I think I will! And don't you think I won't be complaining about your terrible service as well!" The woman said storming off in a huff.
Yosuke gave a heavy sigh of relief that the woman had finally left along with the small crowd that had gathered. "Well, glad that's finally over..." The brunette muttered to himself before he returned to his current job of restocking the shelves.
------ A/N: Awkward joining post is awkward. But if no one else is posting I may as well.

Moving down the aisle, Naoto stopped as she reached a section filled with various types of puzzles boasting bright and vibrate image of flowers. The detective couldn't remember any of the puzzles they worked on having plant-life as it's main feature, making the friendly colours attractive.
"The roses are nice, but..." pursing her lips, the raven moved sideways and shifted through the various other types of flowers, examining each image carefully to gauge the difficult of the puzzle. Something that might take us a while. We to have this Saturday off for-- Her thoughts were suddenly cut off as a female voice suddenly started shouting a few aisles ahead. It wasn't unheard of for a customer to get upset, but Junes was well-known for it's satisfaction-guarantee, thus the sound of someone in distress was unsettling.
With a sigh, Naoto tried to drain the voice out, only to give up a few moments later, whatever it was that had set this woman off must have been a big deal. The employee speaking to her, a voice the detective could barely make-out, sounded exasperated with the situation and she really couldn't blame them. Had the woman honestly just shouted something about a hair-dryer? Really, what a ridiculous reason to get upset.
Tucking the box of a puzzle she'd just selected under her arm, the raven quickly made her way toward the fight, narrowing avoiding a collision with the angry customer as they stormed off. "E-excuse me, ma'am," she paused, looking after the woman, then into the aisle-way. "...Hanamura-san?"

Yosuke groaned and crouched down before he began restocking the shelves. He had hoped that taking the job of shelve stocking would have saved him from having to deal with people's complaints for once. However in hindsight he should have known better than that. The brunette continued working on his task before he heard someone say his name down the aisle.
Yosuke sighed and pinched the ridge of his nose once he heard the voice of someone saying his name, assuming it was another customer or employee coming to complain at him. "What is it now?" The brunette said sounding exasperated as he turned his head to face the voice.
"Oh, Naoto-kun, it's you." Yosuke said sounding slightly surprised as he stood back up and turned to face Naoto. "Sorry I was a bit rude then, I thought you were someone else." He said as he made his way down the aisle towards the girl. "So, what brings you down here?"
