Personality: Ishikawa Kiyoko is a fairly mature young woman, but very few actually ever get past the superficial traits to realize this. The first thing one would notice about her would probably be that she seems to run on an 'auto' setting, and very rarely does she pay attention to anything, be it her teacher's lectures or what's been in the news lately. Once someone gets her attention, though, it's easy to see that she's shy, almost annoyingly so- she'll stumble over her words, as if unable to decide what she wants to say, though her voice is so quiet that it's hard to tell anyways. Not only that, but she's always been the odd one out, whether in school or even just in her own family.
Kiyoko tend to internalize everything she feels that isn't socially acceptable, such as anger, or sadness, which leads her to having some uncharacteristically vicious thoughts that she doesn't really mean, but can't stop herself from thinking. She has no pity for herself though, instead pushing herself harder to be a better person, though she doesn't know how and all this does is worsens the gap between the person she thinks she should be and the person she's becoming.
Things that those who get close to her will notice is that Kiyoko always carries an umbrella with her, but will never use it when walking home in the rain, and in fact, takes a longer route despite the potential to become ill. In addition, despite never paying attention in class, often the books she read are textbooks from school, which would explain how she keeps her passing grades. And when someone asks her about her ever-present bruises, and she says "I fell" or something equally as inane... people believe her, because she just happens to be that clumsy.
History:Ishikawa Kiyoko was born to a fairly normal family in Inaba, lived a fairly normal life in the shadow of her two brothers, and has never left that pattern, with everything that happens to her, and everything she does being normal or average. As a child, she was outgoing and happy, but that ended in middle school, when anyone who was out of the norm was picked on and ostracized. Being so spacey, she often got bad grades and was called out for not paying attention in class. To make this worse, her parents criticized her while at the same time praising their two perfect sons, who were both at the top of their class thanks to the constant studying that their parents forced onto them.
As she got closer to High School, she spent less time with her few friends and more time studying to make up for the things she didn't learn in school. Her grades averaged out, but her parents still didn't believe she was being responsible enough, and told her to find a job, which she did- at the local bookstore. That ate into what time she didn't spend sleeping or studying, and she lost all contact with her friends, as well as what small vestiges of a social life she had left.
She somehow miraculously managed to get into Yasogami High when time came for graduation from middle school, despite her average grades, and it was there that the division between her thoughts and actions worsened, though she tried desperately to deny it, even to herself...
Appearance: Kiyoko is a fairly average looking girl. She's short- about five feet and three inches- and a little bit on the softer side when it comes to fitness, though her body is proportioned well, and it would be a lie to call her heavy. Her wide eyes are a shade of blue uncommon to the Japanese, hidden behind slender, silver-rimmed glasses and framed with short, dark lashes. Her dark brown hair is most often pulled tightly back in a plait that falls to about midway between her shoulder-blades and the small of her back, while her bangs cut straight across her forehead above her eyebrows and her forelocks have been chopped off just above her shoulders. On school days, she wears the standard uniform, but once school is over she immediately changes into a t-shirt (usually bearing a humorous saying or logo in English) and jeans- all of the clothes she wears in her free time are sent to her from her older brother who lives in New Jersey, USA. On colder or rainy days, she dons an over-sized grey sweatshirt.
Glasses: Kiyoko currently has no glasses to use for seeing through the fog. However, if she did, it is likely that they would be square with thick silver rims.
Weapon: Were she to ever, for whatever reason, need to fight, Kiyoko would probably use her Katars- she has a pair on her wall in her room for ornamental purposes. Each Katar has one bar for her to hold onto, which connects to the bars leading to the straps around her wrists, as well as connecting to the band around her knuckles that the three blades jut out from. This way, the force that is missing from her attacks would be made up by the fact that she could put her whole weight behind each blow. However, the Katars are chained together, so were she to be knocked back, she would trip over the chain and fall.

Persona:Her personas do not yet exist. Here's some info on how they would look if they did. Her first would be Diogenes, a tall, thin, and hunched over figure draped in purple robes that hide his face, carrying in front of him a brightly burning lantern. The second, Thales, would be just as tall and thin, but standing upright with the same purple robes draped over his shoulders instead, revealing his face which has no eyes, ears, nose, or mouth, and his body clad in drab grey armor. The lantern hangs at his side, burnt out.
